craftedfittings ships eligible hardware and fixture orders placed through www.craftedfittings.com to available destinations within the United States.
Shipping Availability Eligible orders may qualify for Free Standard Shipping. Shipping options and any applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.
Processing Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Bulk hardware orders, special items, or periods of high demand may require additional handling time.
Delivery Estimates Standard delivery is generally estimated at 2–3 business days after processing where the selected shipping service supports this timeframe. Delivery schedules are estimates and may be affected by carrier capacity, weather, holidays, location, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipment Tracking When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address associated with the order.
Heavy or Bulk Orders Large orders of structural piping, heavy fixtures, or bulk hardware may be shipped in multiple cartons or separate deliveries. Packages from one order may not arrive simultaneously.
Delivery Inspection We recommend checking the package and items promptly after delivery. If visible damage is found, please photograph the packaging and product before contacting us.
Damaged Deliveries For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact info@craftedfittings.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number and photos.
Shipping Address Customers are responsible for entering accurate delivery information. Delays or additional costs caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses may be the customer's responsibility.
